Darryl moved into CMSS’ Glenwood Apartments four years ago. Darryl values his independence and is happy to have a nicely-sized apartment that is all his own. He appreciates his respectful and kind neighbors as well as Glenwood’s close proximity to Argyle Street, bus lines, an the newly renovated CTA Red Line station.
Darryl learned about the Senior Connections program from CMSS team members in early 2025. He decided to join the program and was matched with Ari in February. Together, Ari and Darryl have explored neighborhood coffee shops where they talk, play Uno or Phase 10, and try new cafe drinks. Darryl enjoys hearing about Ari’s life and seeing her art portfolio. He says, “She has a really impressive talent!”
