At this year’s Spring Benefit Brunch, we’re excited to introduce our new Fostering Careers scholarship fund and tuition reimbursement program! This program is devoted to helping members of the CMSS team further their educations and pursue their passions. Staff members recently shared their academic and career ambitions at a photoshoot at CMSS.
The Fostering Careers program sets aside funds for team members who want to enroll in an academic program that will either help them grow in their current position or may lead to a promotion at CMSS. They can use these funds toward any accredited associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree program. Participants receive up to $2,500 in tuition assistance or textbook reimbursement, or up to $5,000 in scholarship funds.
Through this program, CMSS team members can continue their educations to become occupational therapists, registered nurses, health information technicians and more.

You’ll be helping our team members pursue their goals and further the positive impact they have on the lives of older adults.
