We are pleased to welcome Dr. Erin K. Zahradnik as the new Medical Director for our Memory Care program at Hartwell Place.
Dr. Zahradnik is a psychiatrist affiliated with the University of Chicago Medical Center, specializing in geriatric psychiatry, dementia care, and palliative care. Her expertise and dedication to compassionate, evidence-based care will further strengthen our commitment to providing exceptional support for individuals living with memory loss.
As Medical Director, Dr. Zahradnik will work closely with our Memory Care team to enhance our model of care, ensure the implementation of best practices, and support ongoing clinical excellence. Her leadership will help advance innovative, person-centered approaches that promote the highest quality of life for our residents while providing guidance and support to our team.
