Join us for Still Rockin’: A Night of Music to Support Programming and Resources for Older Adults

Annually, friends of Chicago Methodist Senior Services gather together in the spring to support our work with older adults. This year has been a time of great change in how we present and talk about our services, but our Spring Benefit Brunch remains key to our continued mission to enhance the lives of older adults.

This year’s Spring Benefit Brunch is coming up on Saturday, April 29. From 11:30 to 1:30 p.m., we will celebrate all of the good days we’ve had this past year, as well the ones to come. Here are the event details — and a sneak peek of what to expect if you attend.

What To Expect

Our Spring Benefit Brunch bring together friends, food and good times. Enjoy brunch while mingling with other members of the CMSS community, participating in our raffle or silent auction and hearing about upcoming projects and exciting news.

The silent auction features a wide range of items and experiences, with coveted listings from past years including:

The proceeds from the raffle and silent auction will benefit our new Good Days program as well as other CMSS initiatives.

Good Days Program

Your attendance at our Spring Benefit Brunch supports our new Good Days program, which is devoted to enhancing CMSS residents’ lives one day at a time. The program is rooted in our mission: to improve the quality of life of older adults.

The Good Days program will set aside funds for staff members to brighten individual residents’ days. Staff members, who get to know each member of our community like family, will use these funds to create special moments for each person. Perhaps they’ll order a special delivery of a bouquet of a resident’s favorite flowers, or take them out for a meal at one of Andersonville’s many restaurants. Throughout the year, we’ll be sharing stories the stories of the good days your support makes possible, and we know they’ll bring a smile to your face.

If you are interested in supporting the Good Days program and other CMSS initiatives, please  RSVP today! If you’d like to support our work but will not be able to attend, you are always welcome to donate online.

We are deeply grateful to the sponsors, whose giving makes so much of our programming possible. This year, we are honored to have the support of:
