Chicago Methodist Senior Services offers memory care services at two of our Chicago-based communities: Hartwell and Wesley Place. Both locations offer specialized programming exclusively designed for people with memory loss and are managed by expert memory-loss caregivers.
Our long-term skilled nursing program at Wesley Place is ideal for individuals in need of highly personalized, around-the-clock care. Our team assists community members with daily living and provides extensive programming for a community that feels like home.
At Wesley Place, CMSS’ expert nursing and therapy teams are ready to help you recover from your recent hospital stay or from an illness or other medical condition. We’ll have you back on your feet in no time!
All Chicago Methodist Senior Services communities provide interactive programming into the stay of our community members. From open studio art groups to improvisational storytelling workshops to museum visits, we provide something for everyone.
SASI Home Care includes professional support services that allow our clients to continue to live safely in their homes. Our SASI members receive specialized care, help with transportation, errands, and more to allow for more manageable at-home living!
CMSS presents access to affordable independent housing to older adults within our two apartment buildings: Winwood Apartment and Glenwood Apartments. These two communities provide seniors who still live independently with apartments at below-market rates.
Open 5-days a week, West Suburban Senior Services (WSSS) is a Senior Center that provides access to socialization, mental stimulation, exercise, a daily lunch, and education on various programs and issues important to healthy aging.
Senior Connections is a volunteer-based program in our local Chicago community that connects trained volunteers with older adults that live at one of the CMSS residencies. This engagement in community and intergenerational relationships, aims to promote the wellness enhanced quality of life of both volunteers and program members.
