Dementia Friendly Illinois Initiative – Meeting

Community Meeting for the Dementia Friendly Illinois Initiative:
Join us on Wednesday, July 20, for a working session followed by a reception with light appetizers and refreshments to bring like-minded community members to join forces to begin discussing and designing a ‘Dementia Friendly Community’ in Edgewater, Andersonville, Uptown, and Rogers Park.
Together we will leverage the Dementia Friendly Illinois Initiative to help guide our collective work in bringing education, awareness, and positive change to our neighborhoods.
When: Please join us on July 20th
Time: 3:00-4:30 PM
Where: In-person at the Swedish American Museum at 5211 N. Clark Street
Together we are the voice for so many who need us to step up and build a world where loved one’s living with dementia are fully embraced.
