Wesley Place Memory Care serves those whose needs surpass what can be provided at an assisted living community. Available for both existing residents as their needs change and people from the greater community, we’re proud to offer skilled nursing specializing in caring for those with advanced memory loss.

The small, intimate setting at Wesley Place includes accommodations for just 30 residents. This setting enables us to provide a high caregiver-to-resident ratio and personalized care from memory loss-trained staff, with a focus on residents’ spiritual, social, emotional, and behavioral needs as well as their medical ones.

We offer art therapy programs designed especially for memory care.

“Our family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the love and care given during {Mother’s} 5 year stay at Wesley Place. We understand how difficult it is to care for individuals who suffer from dementia-related illnesses but we also know that Mother could not have been in a better place.”
