Individuals living with memory loss and their caregivers are invited to join this monthly Memory Café with activities, games, arts and crafts and more in a comfortable and supportive environment.  Friends, family members, and community allies also are welcome! Light refreshments will be served.

Join CMSS in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
