Walk to End Alzheimer’s Kickoff Party

Every year, we take pride in walking alongside staff, members and families of our CMSS community in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. We’re hosting our Walk to End Alzheimer’s Kickoff Party for those interested in walking with us, or learning more about the cause. CMSS team members will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have, and refreshments will be served.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is Sunday, October 28, 2018. If you’re unable to make it this year, please consider making a donation to help us reach our fundraising goal of $5000 here.
