A Pew Research study revealed 47 percent of adults in their 40s and 50s have a parent who is 65 or older while supporting a child. The impact of balancing these caregiver roles and other life commitments can be overwhelming. Learn what you can do to help manage these stressors, strengthen each of these relationships and take care of yourself from this session presented by Iris Waichler, MSW, LCSW.
