Keeping Up With Memory Care: Sleep Deprivation and Memory Loss

Join us for the second of two virtual events about the most recent developments in the study of memory care.

“Sleep Deprivation and Memory Loss” is presented by Steve Satek on June 15th from 5 – 6:30 pm.

At this event, learn why researchers believe that lack of sleep can have a significant and long-term impact on memory retention. 

 

 

Speaker Steve Satek (he/him): Steve has more than 30 years of experience in the clinical research industry. He began his career as a bench researcher at the Northwestern University Robert H. Lurie Cancer Center and since that time has held senior management positions at the Chicago Center for Clinical Research, Radiant Research, Cognitive Drug Research, and Forenap Pharma, where he specialized in the design implementation, and management of the central nervous system and clinical pharmacology research programs. 

1.0 CE credit to IL nurses, social workers, professional counselors, and nursing home administrators.
