HeartBeats with Dr. Gill

We invite you to learn about the Heart beats Program at Wesley Place and ways to keep your heart healthy! Research shows that rehabilitation following a hospital stay or cardiac event can greatly improve recovery, but only a small percentage of people who could benefit from these programs attend them.
Join us to learn more about HeartBeats, a short-term cardiac rehabilitation program led by Dr. Sanjay Gill at Chicago Methodist Senior Services’ Wesley Place. You’ll also leave with advice on how to keep your heart healthy, lowering your risk of heart attack, heart failure and other cardiac conditions.
