Dementia Friendly Community Event – October 12th

We are gathering like-minded community members to join forces to begin discussing and designing a ‘Dementia Friendly Community’ in Edgewater, Andersonville, Uptown, and Rogers Park.
Together we will leverage the Dementia Friendly Illinois Initiative to help guide our collective work in bringing education, awareness, and positive change to our neighborhoods.
