For those that are no longer able to live safely at home due to memory limitations, we offer dementia care in two communities: Wesley Place and The Hartwell. The Hartwell is an assisted living community, designed specifically for those with mid to late stage dementias and is a unique option for those that need extra supervision in a stimulating, structured environment. For those whose health necessitates round the clock nursing supervision and an increased level of security, Wesley Place provides a more advanced program. Both communities are state-designated special care programs, exclusively for dementia care, reinforcing the resident’s remaining abilities, interests and preferences.
