Winwood Apartments is a 31-unit HUD subsidized
building that opened in 1990 and is located adjacent to Wesley
Place. Residents must qualify as "very low income" in accordance
with HUD guidelines, with rent calculated to be approximately 30%
of the resident's monthly income. Features include:
- Heat, water and trash removal
- Elevator accessibility
- Availability of cable TV hook-up
- Individual storage area
- Coin-operated laundry facilities
5021-5027 N. Glenwood Avenue
Glenwood Apartments is a 13-unit renovated
building at the corner of Glenwood Avenue and Winnemac Avenue,
featuring modern amenities and on-site building management.
Residents must qualify as "very low income" in accordance with HUD
guidelines, with rent calculated to be approximately 40% of the
resident's monthly income, subject to minimums and maximums.

- Large, one-bedroom apartments
- Heat, water and trash removal
- Coin-operated laundry facilities
- Availability of cable TV hook-up
- Individual storage area
- Hardwood floors
