The Resident Associate has full responsibility for direct
resident care. This includes personal care, assistance with
activities of daily living, helping residents participate in the
daily activity program as well as lead group activities, meal
preparation, laundry and housekeeping.
Qualification & Experience: Certified
Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois (Preferred); Experienced
in working with the elderly in a Long term Care facility;
Experience working with Dementia in the elderly preferred;
Experience working in activities
